Brightness
Indoor screens generally operate in controlled lighting. Outdoor screens need significantly higher brightness to remain readable in direct sunlight.
Weather protection
Outdoor modules need weather protection appropriate to the installation environment. Indoor displays are not designed for rain or direct outdoor exposure.
Quick decision
If the screen will see direct sun or get wet, select an outdoor-rated solution. Otherwise, indoor fine-pitch options may provide the best image for close viewing.
