Indoor LED Displays

Two indoor families, six models, one specification question that decides between them: how close does the audience get? COB fine-pitch covers most boardrooms, lobbies, churches, studios and retail interiors. Micro LED on a glass substrate covers the rooms where the audience is closer than three metres and the seam of a conventional cabinet wall would be visible.

COB fine-pitch LED

Five models from P0.78 to P1.875, all on the same 600 × 337.5 mm 16:9 die-cast aluminium cabinet. Flip-chip COB packaging gives a flush, knocks-resistant surface, front maintenance and a 3,840 Hz refresh that films cleanly.

P0.7 on a TFT glass backplane instead of a PCB cabinet. The module gap is measured in microns, so the wall reads as one continuous surface at close range, and the panel sits under 10 mm deep.

COB fine-pitch models

Every model uses the same cabinet and the same 4 × 2 module layout. What changes is pixel pitch, and with it resolution, brightness headroom and the distance at which the image stops looking like pixels.

Model Pixel pitch Resolution per cabinet Brightness Depth Protection Specification
CCA007 P0.78 768 × 432 px 600 nits 39.75 mm IP54 front View
CCA009 P0.9375 640 × 360 px ≥1000 nits 32.6 mm IP65 front View
CCA012 P1.25 480 × 270 px ≥1000 nits 32.6 mm IP65 front View
CCA015 P1.5625 384 × 216 px ≥800 nits 32.6 mm IP65 front View
CCA018 P1.875 320 × 180 px 600 nits 39.5 mm IP30 View

Cabinet size is 600 × 337.5 mm on all five models. Refresh 3,840 Hz; the P1.875 sheet quotes a 1,920–3,840 Hz range. Diagrams and cabinet counts for a specific wall come from the calculator or from our engineering team.

The P0.7 model replaces the PCB cabinet with a semiconductor-grade TFT glass backplane, the same substrate technology used in high-end LCD manufacturing. Glass is flat to optical tolerance, so the wall holds its geometry over a long day and the module grid disappears at close viewing distance. It is the right specification for boardrooms, broadcast and virtual production studios, control rooms and luxury retail where the client will stand one metre from the screen.

How to choose between them

  • Start with viewing distance. The closest seat in the room sets the minimum pitch. Beyond roughly three metres, the finer pitches stop being visible and the money is better spent on area or brightness.
  • Then look at content. Spreadsheets, schedules and small text need a finer pitch than video loops. If the screen has to be read rather than watched, halve the viewing distance rule.
  • Then look at the room. A wall beside a door or in a washable space needs the IP65 models. A dry, clean interior can use IP30.

Skip the guesswork. The free LED Pitch Advisor takes your viewing distance and screen wall size, returns two recommendations with the exact cabinet count and layout, and generates a PDF project report with the estimated price.
