What Is Confirmed Before Production
- Display technology, pixel pitch, module or cabinet configuration and screen dimensions
- Application conditions, including viewing distance, brightness requirements, installation method and operating environment
- Drawings, interfaces, control system, packaging, accessories and spare-part scope where applicable
- Contracting supplier, delivery scope, production lead time, shipping arrangement and payment terms
Manufacturing and Delivery Coordination
For Micro LED projects, Vistar Display coordinates with the Chengdu manufacturing and engineering teams. For transparent LED, COB and conventional LED projects, we work with selected Shenzhen specialist partners. The appropriate manufacturing resource is determined by the application and confirmed in the project quotation.
Lead time is project-specific. It depends on product configuration, quantity, technical confirmation, production schedule, testing requirements, packaging and destination. The confirmed production and shipment plan is stated in writing before order release.
Warranty and After-Sales Scope
Warranty period, covered components, spare-part provision and support scope are confirmed in the final quotation or contract. They are aligned with the actual product type, project location, operating conditions and agreed supply arrangement.
Before an order is finalized, we make sure the customer understands the proposed product configuration, supply responsibility, acceptance expectations and service terms. This gives both sides a practical basis for delivery and after-sales support.
