Crystal Film

Transparent LED crystal film is the lightest way to turn existing glass into a screen. The film is adhered directly to the inside surface of the glazing — no secondary structure, no frame, no drilling. At roughly 1kg per square metre it adds almost nothing to the structural load, which is why it is the default answer for retrofits where the glass is already installed and the landlord will not approve steelwork.
Transparency lands between 70% and 95% depending on pixel pitch. Higher transparency means wider spacing between LED strips, which means coarser pitch. That trade-off is the single most important decision in a crystal film project, and it is driven entirely by how close your audience stands.
Typical applications are storefront windows, shopping mall glazing, showroom partitions and curtain wall advertising. Brightness options run up to 5,000 nits, enough to stay readable through a south-facing window in direct sun.
